Emergency University will provide "train the trainer" classes or apprenticeship
instructor credentialing program to designated in-house employees to become Emergency University certified instructors to provide
CPR and AED hands-on skills verification classes at your worksites, as part of Emergency University's blended training
program. Includes instructor training materials, access to EU's online CPR, AED, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens
training courses, quality assurance materials, training class materials, and access to MAESTRO™, EU's
proprietary Learning Management System, that tracks employees' training and testing records, sends out email
notifications for upcoming refresher and/or re-certification training and generates compliance reports.
Accreditations and Approvals:
- Developed according to the guidelines established by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), and published by the American Heart Association
- OSHA Compliant
- Approved and Utilized by the Department of Health and Human Services
- Approved and Utilized by Federal Occupational Health Agency
- Approved by the US Department of Homeland Security

Awards and Recognition:
- People Saving People - The Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation presented this Award to Emergency University Trainees from the FAA for saving the life of a 50-year old American Airlines Pilot at the 2012 ECCU Conference.
- Public Service Award for Outstanding AED Program - The Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association (SCAA) presented the FAA with this Award at the 2012 SCAA annual meeting.

Course Content:
- Emergency University nationally accredited instructor certification valid for 2 years.
- Access to Emergency University's online CPR ,AED, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens Training Courses.
- Instructor training materials, ie. instructor training video, instructor guide for CPR, AED, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens training, and instructor guide for AED Responder training.
- Quality assurance documents, ie. hands-on skills instructor responsibility checklist, instructor quality assurance plan, professional conduct policy and equipment maintenance & cleaning.
- Class materials, ie. training roster, CPR/AED/BBP/First Aid student skills checklists, class evaluations, and certification cards.
- Access to MAESTRO, Emergency University's Learning Management System for One Full Year.
- Tracks students' training records
- Sends out refresher and/or re-certification email reminders
