Custom Training Registration Portal

Streamline the administration of your health and safety and emergency response programs. Your custom registration portal eliminates the need for the program manager to collect each person’s name, email address and phone number at each facility. By directing your personnel to the your company's custom portal, employees can self-register including specifying the facility they work at. They will automatically be assigned your organization’s selected training programs and can immediately access their training. Your program manager will be able to view facility specific training reports, or organization wide training reports in Maestro™ below.

Emergency University’s Maestro™ allows users to login through a single secure portal to manage all aspects of their Emergency response and Health and Safety Programs. Specifically designed to builds organization-wide consistency and simplifies data and document storage to include people, equipment assets, documents, and e-tools. It also includes a Learning Management System (LMS) that tracks employee training, certification and location data.

Training

100% Prepared Workforce:
100% Prepared is an interactive multi-media educational program that ensures that every member of your workforce understands their company’s emergency action plan, and their role during an emergency. Reviews basic principles of evacuation, active shooters, severe weather emergencies including earthquakes fires and medical emergencies. Each module includes training, knowledge assessments, and a printable summary of the essential principles covered. This program meets the employer’s regulatory requirement to provide an emergency action plan overview to all personnel on initial hire.

Ergonomics:
Emergency University’s user-friendly online ergonomic assessment and training module allows employees to build their own “virtual workstation” by graphically selecting the structural and behavioral elements of their workstation, that reflect their actual work conditions, Each selection is followed by training that informs them of the consequences of their selections. Upon completion, the employee is provided with the “virtual workstation” that they created, and a list of low-cost recommendations to correct identified deficiencies.

For employees who require additional assessment, Emergency University provides a personalized “Virtual Assessment” via video conferencing software by an experienced ergonomic specialist. EU’s ergonomic program tracks the individual’s training, recommendations, and provides a real-time report to the employer upon completion.

Fire Extinguisher:
Employers are required to provide their employees with an overview of fire extinguisher operation and the potential dangers of firefighting. This engaging multi-media program Is tracked in Maestro™ to document regulatory compliance.

Evacuation Tutorials

Emergency University has developed facility specific graphic evacuation plans and tutorials that can be viewed and practiced as required by nearly all country specific Health and Safety regulations including OSHA 1910.38.

Evacuation training is required as part of new hire training, and annually thereafter. These tutorials can be accessed via EU’s interactive Training Center or on your smartphone. EU recommends that new employees practice walking their primary and secondary routes to the assembly area to build muscle memory. During an emergency, each employee can determine their nearest evacuation route, and follow the graphic presentation, to provide them the confidence to evacuate quickly.

Easy Access to Required Health and Safety Documents

Most countries require that employers provide easy access to specific health and safety documents, emergency response plans or other policies and procedures. Emergency University’s Turnkey Solution provides employees access to these documents from the same location they complete all new hire health and safety training, and evacuation tutorials. One location for employees to complete all new hire health and safety requirements. All tracked in Maestro™ to demonstrate company-wide compliance.
